The Christmas Jumper trend is getting bigger by the year. It was in 2001 we saw Christmas Jumper’s hit the big screen in Bridget Jones’s Diary, and now it seems every high street store has their own range. There is a huge amount of choice out there – so with Christmas Jumper day around the corner I thought I’d share with you my picks of men’s Christmas Jumpers for 2017!
I know not everyone is into the ‘novelty’ look, so I’ve also included some simple options to wear over the festive period. Let’s call them a festive knit!
All of the Christmas Jumpers here are available to buy online, and if you want to see how they look and feel on, you can have a watch of the video where I try them all on. (Feel free to subscribe while you are there!) I’m 6’1 and wearing a size medium for each of them.
These Christmas Jumpers would also make a great gift for a guy, if you are still doing you Christmas shopping. I hope you like my choices and I hope you have a brilliant Christmas Jumper Day whatever you get up to!
1. Black and White Snow scene jumper: ASOS £25
I love the bold print of this one, the black & white will go with anything – a great one if you are heading to the slopes this winter!
2. *Polar Bear Christmas Jumper with Lights: BRAND ATTIC £22
How fun is this? When I posted these on YouTube this one proved to be the most popular in the comments. I didn’t realise it would light up and I give it extra points that it does!
3) Red & White snowflakes: ASOS £17.50 in sale
I think this one is an absolute classic, great festive colours, can be dressed up or down with jeans or trousers and a will look great year after year.
4. Cream roll neck: RIVER ISLAND £35
This one isn’t so festive but I think it’s a really nice winter jumper and the high roll neck is perfect for those cold windy days!
5. Fluffy Green with stripe sleeves: ASOS £30
This jumper has a sporty feel to it, with the white & pink stripes running down the side. I love the 90’s vibe of it and the fluffy feel.
6. Red roll neck: HM £34.99
I’ve been getting an awful lot of wear of of this one. It’s made from merino wool so has a luxurious feel, and it’s a thinner knit so works well underneath jackets & overcoats. A great colour for Christmas time!
7. Green Christmas Lights: BURTON £20 in sale
Another one I didn’t realise lit up when I ordered it. I must pay more attention. However, I’m so glad it does! I like the retro look of this one. I found the fit a bit snug so I’d size up if I were you.
8. Blue Christmas Pudding: Charity Shop. Traid £4.99.
I wanted to include a Charity Shop find. For those of you on a budget charity shops have lots of Christmas Jumper’s at this time of year, and of course – it’s great to give to charity at the same time!
I hope you found my Christmas Jumper selections helpful, if you want to see more, you can have a watch of the video below where I try them all on and talk through them all in a bit more detail!
